Explore Exhibitions, Create for Fun! 2026 TAM Summer Art Camp

Extending the artists’ practices into everyday life, participants will explore and experiment through materials, the body, light, images, nature, and time.

The 2026 TAM “Whimsical Journey for Young Creators: Summer Art Camp” kicks off in August. Centering on “Flow, Memory, Growth”, the activity builds on an all-new exhibition, allowing children to explore themselves through different artistic media. Across 4 hands-on workshops, they will create their own artworks and use disposable film cameras to record what they see and feel during the two-day art camp, transforming the passage of time and their encounters with art into visual diaries.

Through creating and recording, “sketching from life” is no longer just a reproduction of reality, but an artistic experience of perception, understanding and expression.

What does art truly leave behind? Perhaps for children, the greatest gift is for art to become part of everyday life and accompany them as they grow. After the two-day camp, old and familiar objects will be given new life through the children’s creativity. May every act of seeing and creating leave an echo of art in their lives.
