With the popularization of animation tools, animation is no longer just a world created by adults for children—it has become a means of self-expression that belongs to children themselves. Today, an increasing number of young creators are producing their own animations, using brushes to sincerely depict their lives, emotions, and imaginations. Free from adult constraints, these works are filled with childlike innocence and creativity, revealing the authentic world as seen through children’s eyes.
This event specially invites Jiuzi, Content Director of ASIFA International China Chapter and an animation scholar, to guide the audience through a curated selection of works. She will guide attendees through original animated works by children from China and abroad, revealing how they depict their daily life, express their emotions, and construct their own universes.
The first half showcases award-winning films from the Golden Snail World Children’s Animation Film Festival and outstanding animations from the Serbia Animation Film School (SAF).
The second half will present award-winning short films from the 56 Moons Western Digital Animation Festival, along with children’s animated shorts guided and produced by the Red Beard Studio.
Welcome to join us and immerse yourself in a truly inspiring experience!
