It is an image, one that subjectively attracts us. In various eras, painting has various meanings. For instance, we now speak of ‘direct visual experience’, which has to do with the time of painting. This is different from the past. We need new formats. The things we look at today and the ways of looking at them are different from those of the past. Now we can look at things using computers, through various media, and the frequency of viewing and all sorts of aspects are changing. All visual things are constantly changing. Even more importantly, what is changed in your way of viewing is not just the images but also the incidental products of the content.
